Clown Hysteria as 6000 Penn State Students Hunt Down 3 Clowns

Info from Licensor: "I was exiting McDonald's located on College Ave at Penn State and I was looking to hunt for clowns with a few of my friends. I heard very loud screaming and I immediately ran down College Ave until the riot came through. Then, I held my phone up and followed the riot up to where there was a police car."
