Tailgating Lane Change Fail

Info from Licensor: "Driving Westbound on I10 in Phoenix, I saw brake lights ahead of me and started to brake. Unfortunately, the green Nissan Sentra in front of me was tailgating another vehicle and could not stop in time. I then noticed the Sentra impact another vehicle which then caused multiple accident."
