Gallons of Gas Spilling on the Ground

Occurred on April 22, 2020 / Mesa, Arizona, USA

Info from Licensor: I was inside a gas station when all of a sudden some guy ran inside and said, “Hey someone's car is overflowing with gas here!” This girl then said it was hers and walked outside to see what was going on. There was gasoline everywhere, all over the ground. I was worried about a fire or a spark or something.
