Police Confront Mother After EBT Nail Salon Fiasco

Info from Licensor: Lady tried to use EBT at nail salon and freaked out on everyone in there out of nowhere. Tried to fight all of us with her 4 yr old in tow. Once she was outside I was able to get video of her disturbing behavior.
