Driver Stops at Green Light, Then Runs Red

Occurred on April 13, 2021 / Corvallis, Oregon, USA

Info from Licensor: I was driving on 9th St in Corvallis, OR when I noticed the car in front of me was stopped in front of a green light. The driver then proceeded to run the red light shortly afterward and I thought it was really funny.
