Semi-frozen Waterfall Creates Incredible Sight

Info from Licensor: "Hamilton in Ontario is a city of waterfalls. Though they’re not as majestic as Niagara Falls, these small waterfalls freeze during wintertime. Since Webster’s Falls is bigger than the others which are totally frozen around the area, it is not completely frozen. The frozen parts look like stalactites on a cave. My friends and I hike to a few of the frozen waterfalls in Hamilton but Webster’s Falls is the most beautiful of all due to its size."
