Passenger Falls Out of Turning Car

Info from Licensor: "Approaching the stop light, we saw someone fall out of a moving vehicle. It looked like he was pushed out during a domestic dispute. He put his arms up in a "what the?" kind of manner, but remained on the ground through the entire light cycle. The vehicle he was pushed from didn't stop, and after reviewing the footage we noticed they ran a red light."
