Semi Truck Crashes Taking A Hard Right

Info from Licensor: "While driving west on 45th St. I stopped behind a semi. At the intersection of Havana and 45th the semi attempted a right turn from the inside lane to the other inside lane on a red light. The truck destroyed the traffic light control box and damaged the traffic light and a pole holding the traffic light and power lines. After the incident the semi left the scene and pulled into a facility about 1/4 mile up the road. I contacted police and received a call back from the officer asking for a description of the truck as there were many in the lot."
