Info from Licensor: "This video was taken of my son Noah (age 11) and the sweetest Southwest employee as we boarded our flight at Will Rogers Airport in OKC headed to California. The employee even gave him a high five on the window as he loaded luggage which left a handprint that stayed with us the entire flight."
