Info from Licensor: "We had a family gathering in the backyard. When my son who is only a year old, did not heed my command of telling him to get down out of the chair he was climbing on. I jumped out of fear to reach him before he fell. As he gave me this look like “What are you gonna do?” I stood back letting him fall back in the chair knowing he would not be hurt but learn his lesson for not listening. The chair swallowed him up."
