Info from Licensor: "An elderly white male customer goes on a racist rant targeting the black employees, using extremely vulgar racial slurs. The customer became enraged due to a dispute involving a PO Box. The man stormed out of the building while an employee was on the phone with the police. His license plate information was given to the police."
