It froze in the Netherlands, so now they are ice skating on the roads.
Info From Licensor: "It froze in the northern parts of the Netherlands and many side roads and non connecting roads weren't salted. So ice formed on the roads and pavement. This person decided to have some fun and puts on his ice skates and skates on the road.
