Info From Licensor: "Denver Police made contact with the gentleman in the video because he had a metal pipe and was making threats with the pipe. Police officers in the video had less than lethal tazers drawn. The officer who has the pepperball gun is just around the corner of the building to the left. Police did wait for paramedics to arrive on scene before deployment of the pepperball gun. Supervisors and Detectives were on scene. Police tried for several minutes to diffuse the situation and many verbal commands were made before deployment of any force."
