Info from Licensor: "On Thursday, December 22, 2022, at 8:15 p.m. in the El Sobradillo neighborhood. I came from work and when I entered my street, I found the entire neighborhood looking at something with the police surrounding it. I approached, thinking that there was an accident. I only had time to record a few minutes of video until more reinforcements arrived and sent us home warning us to close the windows. It was the result of an underground conduction fire of electrical fluid due to an overload"
