Super-Cooled Water in Sink

Info from Licensor: "It was 17 degrees in Mississippi this morning, and 55 degrees in my kitchen. The water was below freezing, yet still a liquid, so as soon as the water hit the cool tub of the sink, it instantly turned to ice."
