Lady Accuses Las Vegas Motorist of Running Her Over

Info from Licensor: "I was buying a blanket at a shop for a homeless guy in a wheelchair down the street when it was freezing out. On my way out from getting the blanket, this lady jumped in front of me while I was stopped and slammed her hands on my hood and said I hit her and I have to pay her now. I said no and she laid in front of my car and started screaming. That's when the video starts. I usually try to help people but not when they try to scam me."
