Info from Licensor: "I saw the police chase, went to check my CCTV and found an incredible escape maneuver. The guy didn't touch the wall or the post in the sidewalk, and barely missed my neighbor who was arriving home. Later, we found that the guy was caught and only has vision in one eye."
