Tropical Storm Causes Power Lines to Combust

Info from Licensor: "During tropical storm Isaias, the winds threw around the trees causing major power outages. When I went outside to explore, I found that our power lines were sparking, causing our trees to catch fire. We live in NYC and so seeing this was freaky!"
