Info From Licensor: "This is a clip from an interaction I had with a man who claimed to be with the Kings County Sheriffs Department. After discussing with several attorneys I have decided to file a complaint with the King County Sheriffs department, Office of the Ombudsman, Office of Law Enforcement Oversight, and release this video in an effort to bring additional awareness to the actions of those who are charged with our protection. I am still conducting an independent investigation; however, the Sheriff of King County, has called me and personally apologized. I will add more details as they come."
