Demon Raccoon?

Occurred on November 2, 2015 / Kingston, Ontario, Canada

Info From Licensor: "This young raccoon has been begging food for the last couple of days. Not sure if it has a deformity like a cleft palate, or if its just missing its upper lip. I see no evidence of wounds or scarring- I think the wretched creature was born this way. Scared the hell out of me! I was watching "The Evil Dead" on Halloween night when this abomination stuck its face through my kitchen window."
