Info from Licensor: "Any time I get pulled over I let a cop sign my car. I also let people sign it at car shows and meets. Sometimes I’ll walk to my car from just going to the store and find new signatures from random people I don’t know. I was pulled over in the video, after being issued a citation I asked the officer if he would sign my car to which he said yes."
