Info from Licensor: "A motorcyclist turned into my lane with heavy traffic ahead, didn't see traffic coming to a complete halt and suddenly braked hard resulting in him losing control and falling over helmet first. The runaway bike hit a semi truck in which it resulted in blown out tire and broke wheel."
