Info from Licensor: "Driving up I95I, I see 2 motorcycle officers trying to stop traffic. I stop, pull out my phone to take a video for Instagram. The first one takes off, but the second one happens to fall off his bike. I put my phone away and checked if he was okay, and he was fine."
