Wakeboarding the Flood Waters in Oklahoma

Info from Licensor: "We couldn’t go to the lakes over Memorial Day weekend because they were closed due to flooding, so us Oklahoma folks went wakeboarding in the ditch down the road. To my surprise, a police officer pulled us over. He was laughing at the entire thing."
