Car Stops Suddenly on Baltimore Freeway

Occurred on February 22, 2020 / Baltimore, Maryland, USA

Info from Licensor: I was traveling in Baltimore with friends and suddenly the car directly in front of me swerved sharply and I was left with seconds to avoid rear-ending a car that was just sitting in the lane while I was going about 70 mph! Talk about a shock!
