Dog Rescued from Drain Ditch

Info from Licensor: A dog was stuck in a drain ditch all night long. Some good Samaritans called a local rescue organization to help feed the dog some food while waiting for the rescuers during the day. They couldn't get it out at night because they didn't have the equipment that they needed at that time.
