Rant Shocks Patients in Waiting Room

Info from Licensor: "I was at the doctor's office when this elderly lady came in accompanied by her daughter and began to instantly verbal assault me. After, about 15 mins of constant abuse another elderly white lady intervened as well as the staff which also heard everything. The staff came and took the lady and she got immediate assistance."
