Info from Licensor: "When our friend's snack got stuck in the vending machine at work and we asked our other friend who is very good at getting things unstuck from that vending machine to help. Our friend is always doing this for all of us at work. I want to add that our friend was not stealing anything, and she wasn't hurt and the machine was not damaged."
