Illinois Driver Causes Chaos

Info from Licensor: This incident occurred on 290 westbound near the Wolf road exit at 7:05 pm on April 23rd. I saw the vehicle swerving in and out of the lane so I called the police and followed from a safe distance. There were no major injuries beyond a few bruises and scrapes.
