Road Divider Takes Out Rider

Info from Licensor: "Orange road dividers were haphazardly stacked on the sidewalk. When one fell onto the road, it clipped a passing motorbike, causing the rider to tumble and damaging not only his ride, but also his cargo. He was carrying a computer printer and several bottles of ink.

Upon seeing what happened, I positioned my car between the fallen bike and oncoming traffic. I approached the rider to ask if he was okay and if he required medical assistance. He said that although he bumped and scraped his knee, he was fine otherwise. I proceeded to help him get his bike and cargo off the road and onto the sidewalk."
