Bench Press Fail

Info from Licensor: "This was my third and final set of the day. Including the chains, the total weight on the bar was 560 pounds. We gathered extra spotters due to the amount of weight on the bar however, spotters are not there to catch dead weight falling from that height. I have been power-lifting for about two years now and that much weight was not unfamiliar to me. I was using a conventional grip, not a suicide grip when the bar spun in my hand as the chains swayed."
