Rained Out Restaurant

Info from Licensor: "My friends and I decided to have a double date to The Whip Tavern, a British style tavern on the outskirts of Coatesville. We had driven an hour to get to dinner, and hit some rain on the way out, but nothing like what was about to come. We had finished dinner and had just ordered dessert when one of the servers came out and said we had to pay the check because everyone needed to leave the building. I looked outside to see what what going on. The building was completely surrounded by flood waters. I took my shoes off and continued to film. I walked into the water right as the dumpster and kegs went by. I continued to film the raging water as it engulfed the buildings, cars and people."
