Mom Chases After Child in Runaway Cart

Info from Licensor: "I was driving through the Costco parking lot in Lehi, Utah. I was leaving the parking lot when the dash cam captured the incident. The mother was loading groceries in the car when the cart rolled away without her knowledge. When she realized it, she ran after the cart and caught it without incident. It was just unfortunate it rolled across a main road in the parking lot."
