Semi Truck Drifts and Hits Embankment

Info from Licensor: "I witnessed this trucker riding the Jersey wall for about a mile, then I watched him drift all the way to the right of the road, then wrecking into the embankment. The info I received was that both driver and passenger were under the influence of heroin and transported to Johnston Willis hospital where charges are pending."
