Ice Removal Leads to Power Outage

Info from Licensor: "I live in northern Minnesota. When I saw my neighbor doing some ice removal from his house, I just knew something was going to go wrong. I fully figured it would be the window. I was right, something happened. I didn't expect my neighbor to take out his electrical meter instead. This was Saturday, February 1st, the day before Super bowl. They had to call the public utilities to come out and replace it."
