Adults Stop To Steal Candy Bowl

Info from Licensor: "My GF and I were handing out candy at our house for Halloween. We then went over to her friend's house to help pass out candy there. Before we left, we put out our basically full bowl of candy out with a sign next to it saying Happy Halloween: please take 10 pieces per person ( I thought I was being generous with 10 pieces). When we got home, I realized that the bowl was gone. That is when I went back through my ring camera and found out it had been stolen by a adult carrying a 1-2 year old baby. They took all the candy and even stole the bowl the candy was in."
