Info from Licensor: "We were doing a four-day hike of the entire Hadrian's Wall and came across this slide on the second day, there had been torrential rain the whole day but we didn't really expect the slide to be so slippery. One of our hikers in the group decided to give it a go and unexpectedly went flying off the end."
