Driver on Wrong Side of Interstate Crashes into Semi-Truck

Info from Licensor: While I was headed back to our hotel, I witnessed this car going north in the fast lane on I 380 South in Cedar Rapids, IA. The suspect vehicle ended up hitting 2 semis as well as a few other vehicles, even tipping one semi over, causing corn to spill out on the highway. To my surprise, the culprit driver lived to tell the tale, as he stripped naked after crashing, got out of his car, and started walking the highway in subzero temperatures.
