Drunk Driver Collides with Semi-Truck

Info from Licensor: "As we were following a drunk driver, we called 911 and were transferred to Highway Patrol. During the phone call, the Fiat driver collided with the rear corner of a semi truck. The highway patrol were able to get to the scene in 5 minutes. Driver was determined to be impaired, however, I don't know what she was actually charged with. I gave my info to the officer and left."
