Info from Licensor: "This is a rare occasion when the ice is this smooth, with the perfect combination of freezing temperatures and no recent snow, as the snow on the ice creates the grey bumps. The ice in this clip is about 4 inches thick, the skater is wearing a life vest and holding 2 screwdrivers for safety. This is at Pineview Reservoir in Ogden Utah, and I filmed it with my Phantom 4 drone."
