Truck Plows into Parked Car

Occurred on September 27, 2019 / Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada

Info from Licensor: "After running a stop sign, the black truck crashed into a parked car. He then drove in reverse, leaving the scene of the accident trying to flee but a good Samaritan chased him down almost getting run over himself. Some other guy came out of nowhere and helped in the chase."
