Info from Licensor: "I still don’t know who the heroes are or who owns the dog, or if the dog got home safe. I was just driving to my buddy’s house, saw people running towards a commotion, jumped out, and heard a dog crying, and saw her splashing in the water, trying to get out. The hero was sliding out on his belly as I turned the camera on. Hero lived up the street and said he was going to get warm, the dog ran off like he was going home and that was it. I thought it was amazing and knew if that was my dog, I’d love to know someone saved it."
