Hit and Run Accident!

Info From Licensor: "I witnessed a hit and run involving a motorcycle on my way to work. The biker went down and the car kept going. I pulled over to help out anyway I could. Boarder patrol asked me to wait for CHP because my camera may have caught it. I didn't catch the actual impact, but the aftermath and a glimpse of the car fleeing the scene. Thankfully the rider was okay, just a few bumps and bruises. His bike however, not so lucky. Had I known it was a hit and run when I pulled up I would have probably went after the car to get their license plate and then come back. I didn't know until the biker told me and I reviewed my footage." - David Andrew Viray
