Woman Backs Into Man's Car During Dispute

Info from Licensor: "This is the third time she has hit my car and will be the second insurance claim she will be paying for. She sends council to my house and my neighbor's cause she makes complaints about me parking my car on the road and using machinery through the night, which I don't. We tell council to walk through the house as we have nothing to hide specially machinery. I think they have come 5 or 6 times now, She calls council when friends park on the street. She’s parked her car sideways across my driveway blocking my garage. I’ve been to the police about her constant harassment and they say she’s old so probably not all there mentally so we can’t do anything. What the? She shouldn’t be behind the wheel of a car or living alone. For 2 and a half years I have put up with this."
