Info from Licensor: "We were preparing to evacuate an offshore rig just ahead of tropical storm Marco and Hurricane Laura, when we were surrounded by waterspouts. All together there were 11 spouts at one time. The videos got interrupted by severe lightning. You can actually see the flash right at the end of one of the videos. After that, we had to seek shelter inside."
