Fire Engulfs Restaurant Roof

Info from Licensor: "I was having lunch with friends in a restaurant in Laguna village. There was smoke, the wind was strong and the wind brought a lot of ashes. That continued for an hour or so, then the smoke became unbearable, we asked for a bill to leave, but the personnel evacuated us. And in minutes the roof was on fire."
