Video Research and Acquisitions Specialist |
The Research Specialist is tasked with identifying trending content, scouring the internet for contact information, explaining the benefits of ViralHog’s services and building the video library on a daily basis. This individual is an expert in all things ViralHog - what we do, how we protect content, the details of our license agreement and more. The position collaborates with the departments of Accounting, Licensing/Sales, and Copyright to ensure the success of licensed videos on all fronts. Many backgrounds can excel in this position, but communication skills and a tenacious self-starter attitude are key. Experience with, and a passion for, social platforms including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Reddit, Twitter, and Instagram are important. A successful candidate will have a love for subreddits or community sites with a focus on viral videos and GIFS. Ultimately, the Research Specialist is ViralHog’s greatest champion and most active salesperson. Responsibilities and Objectives: •Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: •Frontline brand champion, expressing the core values of our company including trust, service, and creativity •Working with the research team to identify and acquire trending videos •Negotiating contract terms •Managing individual tasks with minimal supervision •Following videos through to completion of all onboarding steps •Develop and maintain strong client relationships •Communicating all necessary information to needed departments Qualifications: •Minimum of two years experience in a related media field preferred •Strong written and verbal communication skills •Self-motivated team player •Speaks English and at least one other language preferred •Creative mind looking to make an immediate impact 100% remote work

Head of Content |

As the Head of Content, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing ViralHog’s content management strategies. This role oversees the day-to-day activities and management of the content team and ensures the daily posting of our newly acquired video assets to all relevant platforms, monitors our social channels to ensure compliance, identifies new opportunities and risks as it relates to our social channels, activates, tests, and implements new features, works on constant optimization of our processes as it relates to content posting, and cross-collaborates with other departments to work on content related projects.

Office Assistant |
As an office assistant, you will work closely with the Accounting and HR departments to complete clerical and administrative tasks as assigned. Your main duties would include working closely with the accounting department to process vendor and customer onboarding forms, data entry, account reconciliations, AR/AP support tasks, and assisting Human Resources with special projects to ensure all organizational needs are met. This will be considered a part-time position, about 25-30 hours per week.

Director of Operations |
The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations within the organization. This role coordinates with Managing Members to develop and improve operational plans, analyze data and metrics to evaluate staff performance and ensure a strong talent pipeline. As Director of Operations, you will collaborate with human resources to create and implement succession plans for supervisors and advance cohesion between various internal departments.
To be successful in this role you will ensure the quality of operations and customer service, and inspire staff to give their all while ensuring projects and initiatives are prioritized and completed within timelines set forth by Managing Members. This role requires outstanding organizational, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to develop innovative solutions.
