However, it's important to understand that our agreement with you is exclusive, granting us the rights to represent and monetize your video.

When you give permission to other outlets or licensing companies before signing with us, it significantly reduces the revenue potential of your content. Any entities with prior permission are no longer potential customers for your video, and this can negatively impact your earnings.

Moreover, depending on the permissions granted, there may already be exclusive rights assigned to the video, which could prohibit ViralHog from representing the footage on your behalf.
