What is a talent release, and why does ViralHog need one for my video?
The talent release is an optional document that provides additional legal clearance for the individuals who appear in your video. Signed talent releases help us further expand the video's distribution and generate more revenue for you.

Many television shows, for example, often require videos with talent releases on file. We request talent releases as part of the video's Welcome Form to expedite this process. However, signing a talent release is not mandatory, and you or the individuals in your video are not required to sign one if you are uncomfortable doing so.

Having signed talent releases on file can increase the availability of distribution opportunities for your content.
