Info from Licensor: " I left my house and walked to the park to join my wife, my mother in law, my Aunty, and my infant child to sell strawberries. As I approached the corner I witnessed a lady in a Ramsay Health Care uniform in a very heated verbal exchange with my wife. The lady was clearly angry. She was shouting waving her arms around and pointing. As I approached, I witnessed the lady move around the table and proceed to aggressively jab her finger into my wife’s shoulder numerous times. My wife and family are from Vietnam. My wife was clearly shocked and very frightened. As I approached the table the table I began yelling at the lady to cut it out and to leave. The lady who was not known to me called me by my name. I responded that I didn't know her and restated that she needed to leave. She responded that I did know her and that she was the one who reported my rooster. She demanded that I get rid of it or she would shoot it. At this stage, she assumed that I was there to buy strawberries and proceeded to tell me to not buy them because these Asians put chemicals on them and are illegal immigrants because she saw it on the news. I then explained that these Asians are my wife and family and requested that if she had a problem that we can sort everything out. She proceeded with more racial rants. She demanded to see our paperwork and left, threatening to call the shire and shoot my animals. I have many animals on my property including two dogs. The Lady left in her car and I noted the make color and number plate. I then phoned the police and asked for their attendance. Later, she left her house, which is visible across the park, and began walking toward us. She approached our location and again demanded to see our licence followed by more racial abuse. She was continually pushing us with her hands and bumping into us. I asked her specifically not to touch us and to leave. She was clearly affected by alcohol this time as I could smell it. We refused to talk to her and asked her many times to please go away. Eventually, she left again. I again phoned the police and asked for attendance. She then returned again to our location. She claimed to have contacted the City of Swan and demanded that we leave. I began videotaping her. She said that she was not going until we do. Shortly, one of my employees arrived, and she started harassing him for information about the location of our farms. He refused to talk to her and asked her to leave. The rest of the incident is on video. She was harassing our customers. She finally left again. I contacted the police again requesting their attendance."
